As a Certified Transaction Coordinator (CTC) and a licensed Real Estate professional in California, I am able to provide the following services on a transaction or project basis for both Listing and Selling/Buyer Agents. I have the expertise and experience in coordinating transactions for single family homes, condominiums and mobile homes from contract to close.

  1. Certified Transaction Coordinator (Contract to Closing)


Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing. Core duties include:

  • Coordinate escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes

  • Coordinate inspections and/or completion of repairs

  • Manage deadlines until closing

  • Communicating updates to clients, agents, lenders, and other people involved in the transaction

  • Escalate any issues to the appropriate party

  • Order Home Warranty

  • Facilitate the transfer of leased solar panel from seller to buyer



2. Listing Coordinator / Agent Assistant


Assist Listing Agent with the following, but not limited to:

  • Coordinate pre-listing activities such as completion of repairs/remodeling

  • Order home/termite/roof/pool/sewage inspections

  • Preparing listing information and disclosure package

  • Order HOA package for Planned-Unit Development/Condos

  • Order and schedule FOR SALE sign post

  • Assist agent in preparing seller disclosures

  • Arrange and coordinate full or partial staging and/or interior decoration consultation

  • Arrange and coordinate marketing activities such as photography and video or 3D virtual tours

  • Open escrow
